06. Social networks
Our website contains links to social networks (e.g. Twitter, XING, LinkedIn).
These social networks are operated exclusively by third parties. If you follow the links, information may be transmitted to these third parties. To increase the protection of your data when you visit our website, the plugins are not unrestricted, but only integrated into the page using an HTML link (so-called Shariff solution from c’t). This integration ensures that if you visit a page on our website that contains such plugins, no connection is yet established with the servers of the provider of the respective social network. If you click on one of the buttons, the page of the respective service provider opens in a new window of your browser, on which you can (for example, after entering your login data) press the Like or Share button.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the social network, as well as their rights and setting options to protect your privacy, can be found in the data protection information of the respective provider. You can find them here:
Twitter, Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, California 94103, USA
Xing AG, Gänsemarkt 43, 20354 Hamburg, DE
LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, California 94043, USA
07. Google Maps
On our website we use Google Maps to show our location and to create a route description. It is a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
Through certification according to the EU-US Privacy Shield
Google guarantees that the EU data protection regulations will also be complied with when processing data in the USA.
If you call up the Google Maps component integrated into our website, Google stores a cookie on your device via your internet browser. Your user settings and data are processed in order to display our location and create a route description. We cannot rule out that Google uses servers in the USA.
If you do not consent to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your Internet browser.
The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in optimizing the functionality of our website.
Through the connection to Google that is established in this way, Google can determine from which website your request was sent and to which IP address the directions are to be transmitted.
08. Transmission to third parties
Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties if there is a legal permission to do so or if you have given your prior consent. We only pass on your data to government agencies within the scope of legal obligations, based on an official order or a court decision. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect data from third-party access.
09. Data transfer to countries outside the EU
Insofar as is necessary for our purposes, we will also transfer your data to recipients outside the EU if it is ensured that the recipient of the data guarantees an adequate level of data protection and no other interests worth protecting speak against the data transmission.
We will store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the aforementioned purposes of processing. In the event of an objection, no compelling legitimate reasons for sysfive or other legal bases for data processing may prevent the deletion.
11. Security measures to protect your personal data
Sysfive protects your data by technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, loss or destruction. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. Our employees and all persons involved in data processing are obliged to comply with data protection laws and to treat personal data confidentially. Our employees are trained accordingly.
To protect the personal data of our users, we use a secure online transmission method, the so-called ”Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) transmission. You can recognize this by the fact that an “s” (”https: //”) is appended to the address component http: // or a green, closed lock symbol is displayed. By clicking on the symbol you will receive information about the SSL certificate used. The representation of the symbol depends on the browser version used. SSL encryption ensures the encrypted and complete transmission of your data.
12. Your rights
Data protection law grants you a number of rights in relation to data relating to your person (so-called data subject rights). In general, this is the right to request information about the personal data we have stored about you, the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing of this data and to object to the processing. The EU General Data Protection Regulation also grants you the right to data portability. If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you can revoke it at any time with future effect. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible data protection supervisory authority.
13. No automated individual decision
We do not use your personal data for automated individual decisions.
14. Changes to the data protection declaration
